Hi, we’re Amy and Brandon Floyd – nice to meet you!
Our story began back in 2011, when we met while working at Walt Disney World during college. (Yes, dreams really do come true there). From day one, we bonded over a shared love of adventure, travel, and seeing what’s out there beyond our comfort zone.
That love officially leveled up with a pretty magnificent proposal in Maui, Hawaii — and yes, I said YES of course!
Living in Florida, we quickly fell hard for cruising, being Loyal to Royal Caribbean and often choosing the Celebrity life. Cruising made it easy to explore some truly amazing places we now keep going back to (hello, USVI). Before we knew it, our travel bug spread internationally, and we discovered a deep love for Europe – wandering through London, Paris, Greece, and Italy, and dreaming about when we can go back again.
These days, we’re all about trying new experiences, while also revisiting the places that made us fall in love with travel in the first place. Because sometimes, returning somewhere familiar feels just as magical.
When we’re not hopping on planes or ships, we love exploring local eats and fun things to do. You’ll occasionally find us sharing what we’re eating – and more importantly, what we actually think about it. We’re not professional food critics or photographers, and we definitely live in the moment so…some memories you’ll just have to feel through our stories.
At the end of the day, this blog is simply a place to share our life – the exciting moments, the ordinary ones, and everything in between. Nothing overly polished, nothing fake. Just real stories, real opinions, and real experiences.
